Insight from Greg Wright in EdNET Insight

EdNET Insight, from MDR, published an article written by Naiku CEO Greg Wright in their Voice From The Industry column. Mr. Wright provided his thoughts on “Being a Good EdTech Partner” where he offered his perspective on some of the unique challenges of responding to educator customers. In the article, he suggests that providing a product based fundamentally on educational research provides a more authentic platform to receive timely, specific, and actionable feedback from educator customers. This, coupled with processes for soliciting and acting upon feedback, increases the ability to be responsive to their needs. We at Naiku strive to achieve this and be viewed as a Good EdTech Partner by all of our educator users!
