Eastview High School utilizes Naiku for ACT practice test

Approximately 500 Eastview High School students recently took a practice ACT Exam using Naiku, in order to prepare for the April 28th statewide testing date in Minnesota.  The use of Naiku provided teachers quick and detailed information about student performance, prompting Randy Peterson, EVHS Principal, to state “what an amazing formative opportunity for us to grow and develop our assessment future.”

Students also received detailed information about their own performance directly within their own accounts.  Commenting on the benefits of the learner-centric assessment capabilities offered in Naiku, Dr. Todd Beach from ISD 196 stated that “students being able to see what they do well and what they can do better in a timely manner puts them in the drivers seat and helps to demystify “the test” into an exercise for learning.”
